Co-op, Internal Consulting
Description
This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.
Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Co-op to join our Internal Consulting (IC) department located at our Ridgefield facility. Internal Consulting is a team of trusted consultants dedicated to driving the success of Boehringer’s most critical initiatives with passion and expertise. As a Co-op, you will play a crucial role in supporting the IC team with various engagements. Your responsibilities will include problem definition, discovery through data collection and analysis, solution development, and implementation execution. This role requires a blend of administrative duties and active participation in project management and consulting tasks, providing a comprehensive learning experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with key business stakeholders to understand their needs and contribute to impactful projects.
- Analyze key data and statistics to uncover insights that drive decision-making and strategy.
- Manage project calendars, meetings, and action item follow-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations to guide discussions and deliver recommendations.
- Conduct root cause analysis, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to support problem-solving and solution development.
Requirements
- Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing
- Student must be enrolled at a college or university for the duration of the Co-op / internship
- Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred
- Major or minor in related field of Co-op / internship
- Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or university
- Graduate and Advanced Degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university

Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Compensation Data:
This position offers a hourly base salary typically between $20.00 and $33.00. The position may be eligible for a role specific variable or performance-based bonus and or other compensation elements.
