We are seeking a creative, results driven individual to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of regular social media content generation and scheduling, including photography, graphic generation, and short form video content.

Responsibilities

Content Creation: Develop and schedule relevant, branded content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Tasks include:

- Capturing visuals, photo and video

- Creating engaging graphics

- Writing captions and copy

Social Media Management

- Stay informed on industry news and trends

- Engage with audience via comments where necessary

- Track metrics and analyze data to optimize channel performance

- Keep a consistent and organize social media calendar

Collaboration

- Work with the marketing team to generate new ideas, recycle old content, and plan/execute campaigns

- Collaborate with other departments to gather assets for content creation

Ideal Qualities

Previous experience with content creation for social media, graphic, photo, video or otherwise

Understanding of social media platforms and their target audiences

Understanding of and experience working within brand guidelines; maintaining consistent branding across various social media platforms

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud programs and/or Affinity programs

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Written and verbal communication skills

Must be comfortable capturing content in a manufacturing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $46,000.00 per year
