The Events and Conference Management department is looking for a graduate intern to start this Summer to help manage the many events and services we offer to students, staff, faculty, and external groups. The ideal candidate should be organized, enthusiastic, and have a passion for event planning and campus operations.

Job duties include: scheduling and supervising undergraduate student employees, assisting professional staff with planning and executing major events on campus such as:

Homecoming, Commencement, WestFest Week, Day of Service, Orientation, Entering the Gates, and more!
