Boutique Trial Firm in Ybor City seeks an Attorney with 3-7 years of litigation experience. Vanguard Attorneys is dedicated to helping those who have suffered injuries due to the negligence or recklessness of others, providing individualized service with the highest level of quality. Vanguard is focused on providing the best results for clients by focusing on a detailed and in-depth workup of every case made possible through smaller caseloads. An ideal candidate will have experience handling state and federal litigation, including injury claims. The position requires strong presentation, research and writing skills, the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently, and an elite commitment to excellence. Personal injury experience is preferred. 

Must be licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and be in good standing with the Florida Bar. 

Salary is commensurate with experience ($120k-$200k) plus performance-based bonus. We offer an excellent benefits package including health, dental, life insurance, 401k, on-site gym, car wash, and massage. We are a non-smoking environment.
