Get Ready Pathway Coordinator
Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting with the GEARUP Program (Gaining Early Awareness & Readiness for Undergraduate Programs) at assigned schools. The position provides support to school-based staff delivering GEARUP services and provides ongoing training (when applicable) to ensure effective implementation at middle and/or high schools. The position also assists with program management and evaluation, provides staff development, and collects data to ensure compliance with federal requirements.
Minimum Qualifications

- Two (2) years of experience directly working with high school or college students or a youth development organization
- A bachelor's degree in education, social work, counseling, or related field will substitute for one (1) year of experience
- Demonstrated commitment to providing equitable and inclusive service delivery to meet student and school needs in a diverse multi-cultural and multi-racial community
- Interpersonal and communication skills, including listening, speaking, writing and the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations in a positive, courteous, and helpful manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of how to report large data sets accurately to reflect the impact of a program or project
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in education, social work, counseling, or related field
- Bi-lingual (Spanish, Hmong, Somali, Karen)
- Specific work with youth development, college/career access, youth academic enrichment and family support programs
- Creative and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
