About the role:
This position will learn our Client Services engagement and delivery model, learn our business processes and assist the team with a variety of administrative assignments that supports the Client Services team. Responsibilities include reviewing and updating process documents, entering data from various sources into Salesforce, assisting with development of audit tools under the guidance of Client Services and Operations leaders, and actively learning from members of the Client Services, product and marketing teams.
Core responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Administrative support for Client Services projects, including learning our RFP proposal and renewals processes
- Learns about our Salesforce CRM system. Reviews client data and performs data entry/data clean-up of information in Salesforce
- Supports the review of Salesforce CRM and other dashboard reports and working with Client Services teammates to update data as needed
- Review existing process documents, research, document, and review incomplete information and provide overall quality of product
- Assist in preparation, creation and revisions of existing Client Services work product samples that are used in the business to engage with our clients
- Researches and creates reference materials in support of Client Services projects while learning about our client delivery model.
- Attend meetings with teams to observe and learn about the business
- Supports the Client Services department with ad hoc requests or projects as needed
Skills needed:
- Experience with Excel including how to filter and create conditional formatting
- Detail oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks/projects at the same time
- Familiarity with MS Office 365
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new processes
- Professional demeanor, willingness to learn
- Flexibility to perform a wide variety of tasks and to learn about the business
- Ability and desire to work remotely
