Digital Marketing Internship

Qualifications

Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word necessary

Attention to detail, flexibility, and good communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential

Limited travel for special events or community involvement

The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, a willingness to jump into any task,  and hands-on experience in social media

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Willingness to learn technology, new systems, and processes to improve job proficiency

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a college/university program in Marketing, Communications, or Business, or a related field

Proficiency in Canva, Lightroom and After Effects or a willingness to learn. 

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content specifications (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously.

Self-starter able to work creatively and independently in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary based upon events

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must have a valid driver's license

 

Responsibilities

Event coordination, setup, and break down

Administrative tasks

Assisting with social media projects and maintaining social media pages.

Support the Social Media team in developing and posting content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, including posts, stories, reels, and more

Produce and edit short video content for social media posting

Write engaging posts and email content while carefully proofreading to eliminate typos and ensure accuracy through fact-checking

Analyze post performance data insights and provide actionable suggestions for improvement

Regularly report to and meet with the Manager of Social Media to update on upcoming deliverables.

Monitor responses and messages, responding to select inquiries with pre-determined canned responses providing  first-class customer service and value for our fans.

You will play a vital role in helping us bring our company’s brands to life

Assist in creating visually compelling graphics for social media, focused on game coverage and fan experiences

Ensure all content aligns with the team’s brand guidelines and creative direction

Stay updated on the latest designs and video trends. 

Assist in growing social platforms

Support the marketing team in executing campaigns to generate brand awareness and drive demand.
