Sales Coordinator
Summary:
Directly reporting to the sales manager this role will promote our company image and all company-related products as they pertain to the business. This position plays a key role with our customers through phone, email, and face-to-face interaction. Providing pricing, product specifications and recommendations for orders. Utilizing strong attention to detail to electronically enter orders into a proprietary system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- First point contact with customer; answer questions, quote prices, order necessary products and schedule delivery to meet customer needs.
- Provides administrative support to sales team related to paperwork, delivery tickets and input electronically to facilitate proper invoicing of customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone and in person.
- Learn and have a detailed understanding of the company sales menu to articulate customer needs.
- Complete J.U.L.I.E. locates for sales team.

Education, Certifications & Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or GED.
- Associate degree or business certification preferred but not required.
- 1-3 years’ office and/or sales experience required.

- This position will work in an office setting but may need to be in the shop and/or yard therefore require wearing all PPE depending on circumstance which may include safety glasses, safety vest and/or steel toed footwear.
