Responsibilities…
· Social Media Management: Create and schedule social media posts using Later.com across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Houzz, Twitter, YouTube, etc.), including photos, captions, and hashtags.
· Content Creation: Research and identify relevant topics for blog posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
· Installation Support: Capture key moments during installations with photos and videos for digital content sharing.
· Event Attendance & Brand Support: Attend HP Market for brand promotion and capture trend information through photos and videos and continuing education seminars.
· Awards Submissions: Collaborate with the design team to prepare and submit entries for industry awards.
· Magazine Ad Submissions: Handle the submission process for magazine print ads to ensure timely publication.
· PR & Marketing Opportunities: Proactively seek out public relations and other marketing opportunities to raise brand awareness for NAI.
· Graphic Design: Create digital and print collateral using design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
· Client Onboarding: Maintain and update client onboarding folders and related contents.
· Client Appreciation: Organize and execute client appreciation events, as well as seasonal gift deliveries.
· CRM Organization: Manage and update client and vendor information in HubSpot CRM.
· Photo Shoot Management: Organize and maintain all photo shoot files in Dropbox for easy access and sharing.

· Microsoft Office Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word for creating presentations, analyzing data, and documenting information.
· Project Management Software Experience: Familiar with Asana (or similar tools) for task management and collaboration.
· Additional Software Knowledge: Experience with HubSpot and Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
· Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.

Required education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Required Travel: Up to 5%
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years Marketing
Salary: $60,000-70,000 per year.
Salary is commensurate with experience, plus exceptional perks and benefits package, including 401(k), employee discounts, flexible schedule, PTO, professional development assistance, bonuses and referral commissions.
