Social Media Intern

Paris laundry is immediately hiring paid interns for its New York atelier. Our brand is a conversation between high craft and counterculture, pulling the refined into the underworld and colliding careful curation with the chaotic energy of the street.

Paris Laundry is looking for interns in two different fields—Content Creation and Social Media. Please see below for a detailed description: 

Social Media intern MUST be proficient in ALL digital platforms. 

Payment for both positions is $20 an hour with 20-30 hours a week. The position is hybrid with a 40/60 percent WFH—onsite time will be spent on location in Hicksville, NY. We are also hiring interns for Summer 2025 Semester in exchange for Academic Credit. 

SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN – Reports Directly to Communications Director + Creative Director

• Writing captions for posts across TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and Instagram
• Writing captions for YouTube channel longform content and shorts
• Scheduling posts across TikTok, Facebook, Threads, and Instagram (on the approval of Comms Director)—with expectation of 7 posts per week on each platform
• Posting content across YouTube, and engaging with audience across core demographic
• Engagement with other social media accounts in our core audience
• Weekly Social Media pitching and best practice research reports
