What You’ll Do:
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including logistics, vendor communication, and scheduling.
- Support event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Help manage event registrations, RSVPs, and guest lists.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
- Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences.
- Assist with post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and reporting.
- Perform general administrative duties related to event planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for event planning, marketing, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
