Event Coordinator Intern

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events, including logistics, vendor communication, and scheduling.
  • Support event promotion through social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Help manage event registrations, RSVPs, and guest lists.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance event experiences.
  • Assist with post-event follow-ups, including feedback collection and reporting.
  • Perform general administrative duties related to event planning.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for event planning, marketing, or hospitality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
