Human Resources Intern
Responsibilities:
- New Hire Orientation: Ensure all required forms are completed, explain company policies and benefits.
- Maintains training records in Training Plan and eValidate.
- Update employee records (physical forms and ADP system).
- Construct letters of employment verification and invitation/entry letters.
- Assisting with company events (Social events, CSR, etc.).
- Coordinate HSE 13 Mandatory Rules and HSE Lockout Tagout for AHTC and Southfield.
- Provides support to Human Resource Generalist and Manager as assigned.
- Provides support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in University/College
- Have a reliable transportation
- Available year round
- Minimum hours required: 30 hours/week
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communication skill and team work
