Human Resources Intern

Responsibilities:

  • New Hire Orientation: Ensure all required forms are completed, explain company policies and benefits.
  • Maintains training records in Training Plan and eValidate.
  • Update employee records (physical forms and ADP system).
  • Construct letters of employment verification and invitation/entry letters.
  • Assisting with company events (Social events, CSR, etc.).
  • Coordinate HSE 13 Mandatory Rules and HSE Lockout Tagout for AHTC and Southfield.
  • Provides support to Human Resource Generalist and Manager as assigned.
  • Provides support to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in University/College
  • Have a reliable transportation
  • Available year round
  • Minimum hours required: 30 hours/week
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skill and team work
