
Customer Service Representative
Talk to friendly people across the country and get paid for it! There is plenty of room for growth in this small company. We’re looking for an upbeat, energetic individual to handle in-bound and out-bound customer service communication including phone calls, chats, and emails. This person must be detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational and communication (written + verbal) skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Effectively communicate with customers over the phone, email, and via chat
· Respond timely and effectively to customer inquiries, with clear and concise responses
· Handle and resolve general inquiries
· Maintain harmonious relationships with our valued customers to enhance goodwill and promote
the service values of the company
· Assist with the general information about products, sales, promotions, and other materials
· Prepare clear and concise responses for customers
· Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve product or service challenges
and varied customer inquiries
· Work with customers to achieve customer satisfaction by meeting their needs with products
and services
· Perform Quality Assurance of new product releases
· Improve existing product documentation
· Assist in the identification and implementation of new features and functionality
· Additional duties as assigned

· Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications, and utilize search tools

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
· Position requires an individual with the ability to navigate a computer while on the phone.
· Frequent speaking, listening, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, handling
other objects
· Long periods working at a computer with adequate breaks
