Private Equity Intern

Position Overview:
As a Private Equity Intern, you will be actively involved in supporting the investment team across multiple areas of private equity, including client interactions, deal flow management, financial modeling, and due diligence. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to live deals, interact with clients, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Interaction: Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, participate in client calls, and help manage relationships with existing and potential clients.

Deal Flow Exposure: Support the deal team by analyzing investment opportunities, tracking deal flow, and assisting in the management of deal pipelines.

Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build and update financial models, conduct financial analysis, and help assess the financial performance of portfolio companies or potential investment targets.

Due Diligence: Conduct research and assist in the due diligence process, including financial statement analysis, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
