LF Lamination Supervisor
Overview
The LF Lamination Supervisor is a mid-level, non-exempt management position that reports to the LF management team. The LF Lamination Supervisor is responsible for daily production operations and overseeing the lamination personnel (operators and lead operators) which include conflict resolution with staff along with performance evaluation.
The pay range for this position is $24.50 to $35.00 per hour. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and other factors in accordance with applicable laws.
Essential Functions
- Supervise Lamination Operators, Lamination equipment and Lamination processes for the various diagnostic ROSA tests.
- Oversees training of new employees on machine operation and essential functions.
- Execute production plan by scheduling lamination work centers and assigning personnel, reviewing daily production demands and schedules.
- Communicates daily with LF Management team to prioritize daily schedule.
- Review daily punches in time clock and make adjustment if needed.
- Maintains accurate records of employee performance to write annual reviews to submit to LF Management team for approval.
- Resolution of Lamination personnel issues, escalating to LF Management as needed.
- Maintains and files lamination records to ensure proper traceability of all products used. Enters relevant information into Syteline.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Required:
- Bilingual: English/Spanish.
- Minimum two years’ experience as LF Lamination Operator II, or equivalent experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Schedule is Monday through Friday between 6:00am-4:00pm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and work under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
Preferred:
- 5+ years GMP/GLP/GDP/QA/QC experience.
- Prior machine operation experience.
- Working Knowledge of ERP Systems.
- Diagnostic test or food industry (or other highly regulated industry) experience.
- Supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds 3-4 feet onto the proper shelf for storage daily.
- Able to sit or stand for an extended length of time (60-90 minutes).
- Will be exposed to fluctuating environmental conditions, i.e., temperatures as low as 4°C, and relative humidity less than 20%.
- The person in this position needs to continually move about the production floor to assist employees.
- Must be able to visually inspect and label defects on a moving component web on an auto-lamination machine.
