Sales Support Intern

The Sales Support Intern will have a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales support, market research, and industry learning.

Assist with quote tracker updates and contract maintenance.

Update and create client dashboards for quarterly client reviews.

Identify relevant government-funded initiatives and opportunities.

Analyze trends in publicly available information (e.g., GHSC volume trends).

Conduct client and competition analysis using Panjiva.

Shadow the sales team to understand the role and responsibilities.

Participate in training related to the shipping industry, MLL, and Maersk.

Position Specifications:

Education and Experience

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program is required, with a concentration in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Technical Skills and Competencies Required

Strong analytical and research skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis is a plus.

The ability to quickly learn new systems and software.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to approach situations with emotional intelligence, tact, and diplomacy.

Customer-focused and adaptable to change.

Self-driven, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
