Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing/Receptionist Intern to join our team for the summer. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in marketing, administrative tasks, and corporate event planning. The intern will play a key role in supporting daily operations, managing social media content, and ensuring a welcoming office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Administrative Support:

Greet and assist incoming guests in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.

Process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.

Assist with ordering and organizing office supplies.

Marketing & Social Media:

Create engaging marketing flyers and promotional content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.

Monitor and report on social media engagement.

Company Functions & Event Support:

Assist in coordinating company events and meetings.

Prepare presentation slides and materials as needed.

Provide support for internal and external company functions.

Qualifications & Skills

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.

Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is a plus.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
