Job Duties and Responsibilities
Tunnl is currently accepting applications for our Summer Internship Program to work on our growing, dynamic, and innovative team. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to support our Office Management and Company Operations teams. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic organization and contribute to projects that enhance day-to-day efficiency and overall company culture.
Office Management Support
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness
- Monitor and manage office supply inventory; reorder as needed
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance, and services
- Help with the setup and breakdown of internal events and meetings
- Support general office-related administrative tasks
Operations & Special Projects
- Contribute to special projects focused on improving internal processes and efficiency
- Assist in creating internal documentation, process guides, and how-to materials
- Support file organization and management of digital records
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams as needed
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program
- Coursework in Business Administration, Operations Management, Communications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Previous experience in office support, operations, or event coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Clear written communication and documentation skills
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
