
HR Coordinator

The HR Coordinator/Recruiter will play a key role in supporting the HR department, managing recruitment efforts, and assisting with various HR functions. This role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, onboarding new employees, and ensuring smooth HR operations. In addition, the role will support efforts to track employee performance and lead initiatives that foster skill development, with a focus on increasing human capital and organizational capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and company career pages.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Assist hiring managers with the selection process and candidate communication.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Develop relationships with colleges, universities, and job fairs for talent acquisition.
HR Coordination, Performance Tracking & Employee Development:
- Assist with new hire onboarding, including paperwork, orientations, and training coordination.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance with labor laws.
- Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries about HR policies.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee goals, progress, and feedback.
- Help coordinate HR events, training sessions, and company culture initiatives.
- Support and help lead projects focused on employee skill growth, upskilling, and long-term capacity building.
