Salary: $45,000 Per Year or 30% Commission (Whichever is higher)
Hours:
- Monday – Friday 0745-1715
- Saturday 0800-1200- Every Other
- Sunday 0800-1000 – Every Other (1/8)

DAY 1-210: Operations
Operations Daily Task:
• Match Trucking Companies on Available Loads
• Dispatch and Track Drivers From Pick-up Until Delivery
• Monitor and resolve transit issues
• Maintain accurate system updates
• Collect Proof Of Delivery paperwork
• Update Customers on Current Status
Day 210: Begin 2-week sales training class
• Lead Generation
• Handling Common Objections
• Role Playing exercises
• Market Research
• Follow up strategies
Day 225: Start Sales
Sales Daily Task
• Generate leads with Full Truckload freight
• Call Leads and Begin Building a book of Business.
• Effort Expectations 80-100 Cold calls daily

High Energy, Outgoing: Sales is a grind, you must show up with a smile every day and be ready to crush it!
Money Motivated: We are looking for someone who wants to make life changing money. The opportunity is real and reoccurring. 6 Figures or bust, this is not a 50k-60k a year job, you put in the effort you will make multiple 100's per year.
Leadership Qualities: We are a growing company. We are looking for future leaders that can grow with us.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
