Secretary to the Co-CEO's

Title: Secretary to the Co-CEO’s
 

Liberty Home Guard is the country's fastest-growing and best-rated home warranty provider. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Secretary to the co-CEOs to join our dynamic team. As the Secretary to the co-CEOs, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the executive office. This multifaceted role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can seamlessly manage calendars, coordinate travel, facilitate effective communication, and provide comprehensive administrative support. You will play a vital role in maintaining confidentiality, managing priorities, and contributing to the success of special projects and initiatives.

Your duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


 

Calendar and Schedule Management:

  • Efficiently manage the calendars of both CEOs, coordinating appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Proactively anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimize the CEOs’ time effectively.


 

Travel Coordination:

  • Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, overseeing flights, accommodations, and ground transportation for both CEOs.


 

Meeting Preparation and Follow-up:


 

  • Attend meetings, take meticulous minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.


 

Communication and Liaison:

  • Act as a strategic liaison between the CEOs and internal team members, clients, and partners.


 

Task Prioritization:

  • Assist in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues before they arise.


 

Project Management Support:

  • Assist in managing special projects, initiatives, and corporate events, coordinating efforts with team members to meet project deadlines.
  • Confidentiality and Sensitivity:
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.
  • Handle sensitive information discreetly and securely.


 

Record Keeping:
 

  • Ensure efficient organization and accessibility of information.


 

Administrative Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance the efficiency of the CEOs’ daily operations.
  •  

Personal Errands:

  • Handle various personal tasks and errands, including shopping, appointments, and reservations.
  • Ensure a seamless balance between professional and personal commitments.
  • Initiative Tracking (Taskmaster)
  • Ensure timely follow-up and consistently update the principal on delegated tasks and initiatives.


 

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Flexible, proactive, and self-motivated.
  • Take a proactive approach to learn and acquire management and leadership skills.
  • Predictable, reliable, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this job.



 

Pay rate: $45,000-$60,000 based on experience
