Marketing/Graphic Design Intern (Fall 2025)

Description:
The Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for the day-to-day execution of all internet marketing initiatives in support of a real estate services firm that specializes in buying, selling, leasing, and managing commercial real estate. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee our Linkedin marketing efforts which include posting 2-5 times per week.
· Ensure the Linkedin content calendar is produced on a weekly basis and delivered to management.
· Generate reporting on social media traffic and track related metrics.
· Review Google analytics for all of the company web sites and provide reporting on traffic metrics.
· Send out weekly email blasts for our available office/retail spaces for lease.
· Update property “For Lease” flyers and keep information current on listing websites.
· Document various processes and procedures and organize them as directed by management.
· Generate illustrations, graphics, and infographics for web sites and marketing collateral.
· Accurately log and report marketing expenses by listing, as well as by company-wide initiatives.
· Other duties as needed to support the company’s marketing initiatives.
Job Qualifications / Experience:
· 2+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Indesign required.
· Experience managing multiple social profiles.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and prioritize.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional time management skills.
· Knowledge of marketing automation software a plus.
Education:
Currently pursuing a BA/BS in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to understand and develop procedural and object based programs.
