Marketing Associate

Who We Are Looking For

The Marketing Associate role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. A successful candidate will be adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a sharp focus on details and a driven attitude towards achieving business goals.

What It Takes

Two to five years of marketing experience ideal, but not required for the right candidate
A strong desire to learn different aspects of B2B marketing
Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics/Search Console and the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

What YOU Will Be Doing

Execute lead generation and awareness email campaigns, including the template designs, creating graphics, calls-to-action, and content through HubSpot.
Maintain the integrity of the marketing database by effectively managing and updating HubSpot data, workflows, and integration points with marketing information in Salesforce.
Manage social media posts across channels.
Collaborate with designers, writers, and other marketing professionals to produce marketing materials in line with brand guidelines.
Coordinate logistics for industry events, ensuring their success from planning through follow-up.
Assist in the editing of web content and other marketing materials.
