Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through door-to-door outreach to promote window cleaning services.
- Utilize strong communication and customer service skills to build rapport and address client inquiries.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate service agreements to close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using CRM/FSM software.
Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills
- Proven customer service experience
- Sales proficiency, particularly in D2D and outside-sales.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Familiarity with CRM/FSM software
- Experience in telemarketing and outbound calling
