Start your career in property maintenance with a hands-on Leasing Intern role! This PAID internship provides training and experience in apartment leasing, marketing, and customer service.

  • Learn how to conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential residents.
  • Develop communication skills by engaging with residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Gain real-life experience in social media, marketing techniques, and sales by promoting the community’s unique features.
  • Receive training on follow-up strategies to engage potential renters through calls, emails, and texts.
  • Assist with coordinating move-ins, move-outs, and maintaining property records.
  • Learn how to inspect and maintain the appearance of the community, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Understand market trends and competitor analysis to help attract new residents.
  • Get exposure to daily operations, including resident retention and service requests.
  • Work closely with experienced property managers to develop industry knowledge.
