
Project Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Reading and Assessing Drawing Sets
· Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawing sets to ensure alignment with project requirements.
· Identify inconsistencies, conflicts, or errors and propose solutions.
Request for Information (RFI) Management
· Prepare, submit, and track RFIs to gather clarifications from architects and engineers.
· Review RFI responses and communicate necessary updates to relevant teams.
Project Scheduling
· Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules to meet milestones.
· Coordinate with clients, architectures, subcontractors to ensure adherence to timelines.
Coordination of Drawings
· Ensure alignment and consistency between different sets of drawings.
· Collaborate with designers, engineers, and contractors to resolve discrepancies.
Communication and Collaboration
· Facilitate communication between project managers, contractors, and consultants.
· Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all project-related updates are properly recorded.
