Key Responsibilities
•Prospect & Develop Relationships: Identify, connect with, and build strong relationships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and other key stakeholders.
•Sales & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue and expand our client base.
•Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
•Client Education: Educate potential clients on our title insurance products, escrow services, and value propositions.
•Customer Retention: Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through consistent communication, follow-ups, and personalized service.
•Market Research: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to identify new opportunities.
•Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including escrow officers and title processors, to ensure seamless client experiences.
•Performance Tracking: Use CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline management, and report progress to the Sales Manager.
