IT Systems Administrator

The IT Systems Administrator configures, implements, and maintains various technologies managed by the Information Technology department and is responsible for all aspects of systems administration including networks, applications, databases, and telecommunications.

This position earns a competitive wage of $25.00- 29.00/hour. Bilingual employees are eligible for an additional 8% pay differential. What You'll Do as an Information Technology Systems Administrator:

· Administer, update, maintain, and support IT systems, including Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Windows computers, Fortinet firewalls, switches, wireless access points, and software.

· Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.

· Monitor and update operating systems and software to ensure security.

· Document system information, including asset tracking and procedures.

· Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues.

· Conduct orientation and training for staff.

· Support mobile and wireless devices.

· Support audio/visual (AV), video surveillance, and presentation systems.

· While some of this work can be done remotely, much of it will require visits to our locations in the Portland metro area.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in related field and four (4) years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a business environment working in an IT position.

· Relevant abilities, skills, training equivalent to an entry-level IT professional.

· Ability to work independently, with intermediate skills in multi-tasking.

· Must have knowledge and experience providing technical support to Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Office suite.

· Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence (Oregon or Washington), personal automobile liability insurance, and pass a DMV driving record check.

· Must be able to drive by personal or Agency vehicle to fulfill essential duties & responsibilities to various locations.

· You may be asked to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required to perform the job safely.
