Summer Intern - Social Media & CRM Assistant

Job Type: Internship (Summer)
Hours: Full-Time, May/Jun – Aug 2025

About Us:

OASIS Inspection Systems is a leading provider of digital non-contact optical inspection systems. OASIS Inspection Systems manufactures, markets, sells and distributes the OASIS product line, which is one of the fastest and most accurate inspection systems providing manufacturers with best-in-class quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA). We are looking for a motivated and creative college intern to join our team as a Summer Intern to assist with social media marketing and CRM data management. This internship offers hands-on experience in digital marketing and data organization in a professional setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc).
  • Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments or messages as needed.
  • Research industry trends and best practices to enhance social media presence.
  • Organize, update, and clean up data within the CRM system to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist in generating reports and analyzing CRM data to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between content and business goals.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in Arts/Graphics, Marketing, Communications, Business, Sciences or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to shoot videos/pictures and do voice overs for social media postings
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
