Specializing in customer acquisition and satisfaction, we are seeking an energetic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and customers while driving sales growth.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, addressing inquiries, and utilizing effective communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer service mindset, along with the ability to engage with clients while completing tasks efficiently.

Qualifications;

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior and preferences to enhance sales strategies
  • Familiarity with data entry procedures and accuracy in maintaining records
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities;

  • Engage with customers in-person to provide outstanding service and address inquiries
  • Maintain strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems for managing client information.
  • Determination to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking sales leads and managing client information.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies to achieve team goals.

Pay: $53,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
