CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In Office Position  

 

Fusco Personnel is currently recruiting a CFO. This is a FT Direct Hire opportunity in the Capital Region. This role reports directly to the CEO and will provide financial leadership and oversight across a portfolio of 40-50 entities.  If you are an accomplished financial leader with a passion for the real estate industry and a proven track record of success, apply today!

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide strategic financial oversight across multiple entities in the Company portfolio.
  • Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Oversee financial reporting, tax filings, and compliance activities for all entities.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (executive team, operations, etc.) to align financial objectives with business goals.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including banks, CPA firms, and auditors, to ensure financial accuracy and integrity.
  • Guide and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring strong leadership and a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting for all entities within the portfolio.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. (MBA, CPA Preferred)
  • Real estate industry experience.
  • Expertise using Yardi software a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven experience providing financial oversight to multiple entities in a complex environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.

 

SALARY RANGE

  • $200-250k
