RMHC Dayton is seeking full and part-time hospitality professionals to provide guest services and support daily operations. This includes managing reservations, coordinating transportation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to help others, work well independently and with colleagues or volunteers, and have experience in supporting others during stressful situations. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Pay:  16 - 18 per hour 
Hours: 12 to 40 hours per week, scheduled in consistent 4- or 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight).

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage guest check-ins, registrations, and application processing.
  • Provide tours, explain amenities, and answer questions to help guests feel comfortable.
  • Assist with transportation arrangements and respond to guest inquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with guest room preparation.
  • Maintain shift reports to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Monitor security systems and access controls.
  • Be familiar with emergency protocols, including evacuation plans, and respond calmly in emergencies.
  • Address and escalate guest concerns professionally.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policies, procedures, and best practices for guest services and safety.
