Receptionist and Showrooom Salesperson
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests at the Branch with appropriate appearance and tone, both in person and on the phone
- Direct guest and customers to the correct person in person or on the phone
- Maintain security over sign in sheets at the Branch
- Answer general questions for callers or visitors
- Distribution of all mail and voicemail to appropriate person
- Manage office orders for Branch personnel or general supplies
- Keep front reception area tidy and sanitized at all times
Experience, Skills, & Competencies:
- Knowledge of each branch and the names of all employees
- Organized and professional at all times
- Able to multitask while being polite and courteous
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products and office equipment such as telephone system and general office equipment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with minimum 1 year related experience.
Schedule and Work Environment:
- Monday through Friday, Variable 7:00am to 5:00pm (8 hours shifts), multiple locations
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25lb
