Receptionist and Showrooom Salesperson

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet and welcome guests at the Branch with appropriate appearance and tone, both in person and on the phone
  • Direct guest and customers to the correct person in person or on the phone
  • Maintain security over sign in sheets at the Branch
  • Answer general questions for callers or visitors
  • Distribution of all mail and voicemail to appropriate person
  • Manage office orders for Branch personnel or general supplies
  • Keep front reception area tidy and sanitized at all times

Experience, Skills, & Competencies:

 

  • Knowledge of each branch and the names of all employees
  • Organized and professional at all times
  • Able to multitask while being polite and courteous 
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office products and office equipment such as telephone system and general office equipment

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with minimum 1 year related experience.

 

Schedule and Work Environment:

  • Monday through Friday, Variable 7:00am to 5:00pm (8 hours shifts), multiple locations
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to lift up to 25lb
