ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Kentucky River Area Development District, an eight- county planning and development agency, is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant. This position involves general office and clerical duties such as answering a multi-line phone system, greet visitors, distribute mail, filing, scanning, composing letters and other documents as well as other duties assigned by the supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Associates Degree in Business Administration or closely related field; or three years work experience in related field in lieu of education will be considered. Applicants must have good working knowledge of computers and software applications, possess good written and oral communication skills, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the public. Must be able to work under pressure and against frequent deadlines with little or no supervision.
