Position Description
General Atlantic’s Human Capital Management (HCM) group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join the Recruiting team starting in late May / June through August 2025. This individual will work closely with the Recruiting team and support firmwide talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
- Support scheduling and coordinating interviews, including managing candidate communications
- Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms
- Assist in the planning and execution of events for the summer program, affinity groups, and other HCM initiatives
- Benchmarking of competitor and “gold standard” careers pages; supporting efforts to build out new content
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team as needed
- Participate in broader firmwide programming, professional development opportunities, and weekly HCM meetings
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate institution; GPA of 3.5+ strongly preferred
- Proven track record of achievement in academic and other settings
- Possess strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, and people topics strongly preferred
- Experience with data visualization is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Intellectual curiosity
- Hard-working; willing to go the extra mile to get the job completed
- Organized, strong attention to detail with the ability to be proactive, solve problems, and multitask
- Creative, solutions-oriented, and bring an energetic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and retain professionalism and accuracy, confidentiality a must

Eligible interns may receive first consideration for a future role on the Human Capital Management team. General Atlantic allows you to earn an hourly rate between $32-$36 USD.
