Position: Outbound Phone Sales Representative
As an Outbound Phone Representative, you will be responsible for client outreach, making high-volume outbound calls to connect business owners with our debt settlement program. You will introduce our services, qualify potential clients, and transfer them to our closers for a free consultation.

Responsibilities

  • Make 600-1,000 outbound calls daily using our auto-dialer system
  • Engage potential clients, explaining our services and the benefits of debt settlement
  • Follow provided scripts and rebuttals to ensure program fit before transferring clients
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and transfer targets
  • Use CRM tools to track call outcomes, schedule follow-ups, and manage client data

Required Qualifications

  • On-site availability (not a remote position)
  • 1-2 years of experience in phone sales or telemarketing
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional phone demeanor
  • Ability to handle high call volumes, with a target of 1,000 calls daily
  • Goal-oriented with strong motivation to achieve sales targets and earn commissions
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Five9 software
  • Knowledge of Merchant Cash Advances (MCA) and debt settlement
  • CRM experience, such as Salesforce
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $15.65 per hour
  • Commission: $30-$60 per qualified client (client enrollment not required for commission)
  • Bonus: Up to $400 for enrolled clients
  • Uncapped earning potential
