Laboratory Technician Intern

East Windsor Municipal Utilities Authority is accepting applications for the following position: Laboratory Technician Intern (PT). East Windsor Municipal Utilities Authority is seeking a career minded individual to assist our laboratory staff.  The primary responsibilities may include preparing media, collecting, receiving and analyzing routine process control samples; logging sample data into the company’s system; calibrating pH meters and balances; and performing routine laboratory maintenance tasks.

Applicant must be enrolled in a college or university with a major in any natural science or physical science degree program. No prior experience is required, but successful candidates should possess some experience with chemical, biological or physical laboratory procedures and analysis. Hours are M-F 7-3pm. Applicant must be available at least 4 days per week. 

Applicant must satisfy employer physical, drug/alcohol screen and criminal background check. Must possess a valid N.J. State driver’s license. NJ residency required by State Statute R.S.52:14-7.
