Internship Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Finance Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and investment strategy within the commercial real estate sector.

Responsibilities

Assist in underwriting commercial real estate transactions, including financial modeling and risk assessment.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support investment decisions.

Prepare financial reports, investment memos, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Support due diligence processes, including lease analysis, property valuation, and debt structures.

Work closely with senior analysts and executives on deal structuring and portfolio management.

Assist with ad hoc projects and research as needed.

Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Knowledge of commercial real estate principles, valuation techniques, and market dynamics.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Previous internship or relevant experience in real estate finance, investment banking, or consulting is a plus.
