Dynamic Marketing Acquisitions is a Charlotte-based business and an authorized AT&T dealer. To make it simple, we're looking for a motivated entry-level professional with an interest in sales and customer service to add to our already successful team. Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Attracts potential customers by explaining the service AT&T offers, answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services, and meeting with new and existing customers.
- Opens customer accounts.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Experience dealing with the public
- BA/BS, a degree in the process is acceptable
- Customer service and sales-related experience/exposure
- An interest in sales, helping customers, and customer service
