Job Title: Marketing Intern

Position Purpose:
Assist in the developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, promotion of products and engage our target audience.
Essential Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and design engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, social media, and company website.
- Create product-focused marketing materials such as brochures, infographics, and videos.
- Assist in planning and scheduling posts across social media platforms.
- Monitoring social media activities across platforms and analyzing mentions, clicks, interactions, comments, responses, etc.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Preparing reports to measure ROI and effectiveness of various marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with Customer Service to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Other aligning duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently pursuing education in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools and practices.
- Understanding of marketing principles and analytic tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to details and organizational skills.
Candidates must be a “US Person” (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)
Environmental Condition:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to expected office settings and distractions. Could be periodically exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, and vibrations. The noise level in the production environment is usually moderate to loud.
