Role Description
This part-time, in-person role in Nashville, TN is ideal for someone interested in executive-level exposure and behind-the-scenes leadership experience. The Chief of Staff – Administrative & Program Support will work closely with the founder and executive team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across educational and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities will include calendar coordination, meeting preparation, document drafting, task tracking, research support, event logistics, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that blends administrative work with project and program support in a fast-paced AI and legal innovation environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and project teams
Track deadlines, deliverables, and key tasks across multiple ongoing projects
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing materials
Coordinate logistics for educational programs, trainings, and events
Help draft, edit, and organize presentations, memos, and documentation
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders professionally and promptly
Support light research tasks and briefing prep when needed
Qualifications
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Notion, Slack)
Proactive problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
Interest in AI, law, or education is a plus but not required
