We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our human resources team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including new hire paperwork, employee relations support, and assisting managers with HR-related activities. The successful candidate will work closely with our HR professionals, contributing to key HR initiatives and daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes.
- Support employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns and facilitating communication between employees and management.
- Help managers with HR-related tasks, such as updating employee records and organizing training sessions.
- Maintain employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including updating policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing company events and initiatives.
- Compile and update reports regarding various HR metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
