Enrollment Specialist (Full-Time) Remote

Vanguard College Prep is looking for a fun, energetic self-starter, who is well organized, detail-oriented, and can work in a fast paced, rapidly growing after school educational organization as an Enrollment Specialist.

Enrollment Specialists are the first contact new clients have with Vanguard. They provide support for all departments within Student and Enrollment Services such as responding to questions, providing accurate information in a timely manner and assisting in resolving problems as needed within the organization.

A good candidate is flexible, adaptable, results-oriented, career-oriented, eloquent, has effective interpersonal skills, and one who desires to grow within the organization.

As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be expected to:

• Responsible for new client management through drafting and answering correspondences.
• Builds rapport with potential clients, existing clients, and staff members
• Track data of new and current clients
• Works in close proximity with Directors on enrollment and scheduling
• Point of contact for students and parents in regards to Vanguard’s services
• Provide general advising for student timelines and recommended classes
• Develops, implements, follows, and perfects office systems and procedures
• Maintains and manages company calendar, appointments, client and student schedules.
• Organizes and composes department documents and reports
• Manage company outreach campaigns
• Assist in event planning, promotion, coordination, and invitee attendance
• Perform all duties and maintain all standards in accordance with Vanguard’s policies, procedures and Core Values.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Strong Writing and Speaking skills.
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a workspace with minimal noise/distraction
• Degree specialization for this position is preferred such as Communication, English/Writing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Marketing.
• Experience working in an educational institution is preferred.

The ideal candidate will also possess some or all of the following:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken communication;
• Proficiency in G-Suites products: Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, Meet, etc.
• Have excellent work etiquette and follow up procedures;
• Be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks to fit deadlines;
• Tact and discretion for dealing with confidential information;
• A calm and professional manner;
• Able to work on a fast-paced environment methodically

Compensation:

• $17.00 – $20.00 per hour depending on education, experience, and skill with salaried potential
