Commercial Real Estate Analyst

We are seeking entry-level Commercial Real Estate Analysts for our growing firm. This individual will provide analysis, research, and various transaction management support. He/she will work across the organization with our brokers, project managers and sales team. Candidates must be fast learners, energetic and able to work as part of a team with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with a base salary. This role also presents an opportunity, if chosen, to pursue a career in commercial real estate brokerage at Advocate.  

Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with relevant major (e.g., business, finance, real estate, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, ProCalc, and Word.
• Organization and attention to detail, efficient, and able to prioritize.
• Professional in appearance and attitude.
• Desire to be a part of a growing enterprise.
• Effective and professional written and verbal communication.
• Adaptability, multi-tasking ability, and sense of urgency for goal achievement.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to be a team player.
• Willingness to obtain Real Estate License.
