Operations Director

Come and join our team and help direct our pathway to a missional and successful future of growth and impact in healthcare for older adults.  We have a very creative and missional doctor ownership team that needs an implementer/strategic organizer to take all these amazing opportunities and resources we have and maximize our opportunity to transform the way that older adults are cared for.  We are a small team that keeps getting bigger, and we are moving from our local Central Texas footprint to add new growth in new markets, and want to find someone who is ambitious, hard working, solid character, and committed to excellence, that can make sure all we are doing is streamlined and powerfully working towards accomplishing our mission.

Ideally we will find that jewel of someone who has an entrepreneur/startup focus, who has been a part of high functioning teams, and loves to be the person behind the scenes making sure the teams and processes are all working beautifully - a systems-minded analytical strategist.

This is a full time role, for someone who believes in the mission and vision and our future, and can see the really high-ceiling growth opportunity this could be for them personally if they do well.
