Wealth Management Internship

Type of Internship: Summer Internship (8 - 12 weeks)

Compensation: Paid Internship

Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm 

Status: Full-time

Location: Akron, OH

 

Description: 

CooksonPeirce Wealth Management seeks a wealth management intern with strong analytical skills and a desire to gain exposure to the processes behind financial planning and wealth management. 

 

              Analyze and sort data

              Gain exposure to wealth management concepts and financial planning

              Gain exposure to portfolio management 

              Complete independent projects

              Data integration for various software programs

              Assist with marketing campaigns

              

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must possess at least a 3.0 GPA
  • Enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program
  • Completion of Sophomore year
  • Basic knowledge of investment concepts
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Saleforce CRM

 

Preferred:

  • Seeking a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Financial Planning, or related field
