Internship Overview

This five-week program is designed for senior students and recent graduates seeking hands-on experience and a pathway to a potential career in the industry. Interns will gain valuable industry exposure and gain technical development, documentation expertise, and real-world application skills.

Internship Roles & Responsibilities

Business Internship (Marketing & Business Development)

  • Edit and create technical documentation.
  • Conduct industry research to support ongoing projects.
  • Communicate professionally with industry experts and internal teams.
  • Participate in project meetings, contributing insights to development.

Technical Internship (Systems Integration & Logistics)

  • Assist in outdoor digital signage product development.
  • Support systems integration and warehouse operations.
  • Draft, develop, and finalize product specifications.
  • Provide technical support & troubleshooting for digital signage systems.
  • Maintain professional email communication with vendors and suppliers.
  • Organize digital files, Dropbox folders, and project data.
  • Assist in preparing government RFP responses.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Business Internship

  • Proficiency in Office 365.
  • Strong writing and research skills.
  • Paying attention to detail and professionalism in communication.

Technical Internship

  • Experience with SolidWorks and familiarity with AutoCAD files.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Previous experience in an executive support role is preferred.
