Account Management Intern
JOB SUMMARY
As a summer Buyer Account Management Intern, you will be a part of a small intern cohort, paired with experienced Buyer Account Managers to mentor and help develop and execute strategies that drive increased bidding activity from B-Stock’s buyers, maximize prices for B-Stock’s sellers, optimize inventory cycle times, and minimize disputes. During our 10-week program, our interns are meaningful contributors to our live products, leaving the summer having made a tangible impact on their team while gaining technical and professional skills to set them up for future success. You will be working with innovative, intelligent, fun people!
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The B-Stock Buyer Customer Success team is launching a structured summer internship program designed to engage small and emerging buyers, analyze their challenges, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance their onboarding experience. Interns will leverage Salesforce and G Suite tools to track, analyze, and report their findings, contributing to strategic improvements in the buyer journey.
OBJECTIVE
The primary goal of this internship is to improve B-Stock’s understanding of small and emerging buyers and refine the onboarding experience to drive engagement, satisfaction, and long-term success.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in a relatable field
- Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
- Solid organizational skills, including prioritization and time management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and an ability to influence internal and external partners
- Ability to summarize, communicate, and educate with data using excel, g-sheet, and other BI tools
- Interest in e-commerce marketplaces
- Experience with selling on eBay, WhatNot, Amazon and other marketplaces
- Excel and SFDC experience are a plus
- Comfortable being uncomfortable, including making phone calls and zoom meetings

- You must be able to work in-office (Boston, MA) for a minimum of 3 days per week for the 10-week internship program.
