CoDream is offering a 2-month video editing residency (remote or in-person) where you’ll turn raw footage of big builds, real human moments, and wild island adventures into compelling episodes that feel like a real-life, startup-meets-survival show.

CoDream is a creative incubator and live-in residency where teams push boundaries on bold ideas — from solar-powered gear to floating prototypes. We’re turning the entire experience into a multi-episode reality-style series, and you’ll help shape the story.

✂️ What You’ll Do

Edit narrative episodes using footage from two full-time filmmakers

Piece together storylines that span build days, team dynamics, and wild challenges

Handle sound design, color, pacing, and overall vibe

Create cutdowns and trailers for social media

Collaborate with the creative team to shape the tone and feel of the show

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

Strong portfolio of documentary, unscripted, or narrative-style edits

Fluent in Adobe Premiere (or DaVinci/Final Cut)

Excellent at weaving together story arcs from raw footage

Able to work independently, quickly, and with style

Bonus: Motion graphics, music sync, social media formats
