Summary

Are you a student who loves to connect with people, build relationships, and influence moments that matter? Do you have a passion for event planning and a knack for strategic thinking? As an Intern at Sparks, you'll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the business and make a real impact on our clients' events. You'll work closely with diverse teams to collaborate on innovative projects while building professional communication and business strategy aptitude. In addition to learning the ropes of the live events world, you'll also have the chance to network with other professionals in the event industry, attend industry events, and gain exposure to our latest technologies and trends. This position will support our Detailer team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Philadelphia, PA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Learn our show services plans & setup drawings
• Follow up with simple fabrication detailing and CNC programming
• Spend time with the shop and learn about our fabrication methodologies
• Work within a department and participate in meetings
• Follow up with manager and colleagues on internship goals and weekly progress
• Contribute to project based deliverables aligned in their field of study and for the department in which they are hired for
• Project Management support
• Work collaboratively with dedicated professionals and other interns

Education & Experience

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
